What is in it

Four documents, each on its own paper, in one file. They are drawn as vectors, so they print cleanly at any size on any paper you have, and read correctly on a phone.

• ·A letter from Santa, on his own letterhead, that quotes the one thing only your family would know
• ·A Nice List certificate with your child’s name in Santa’s hand and the thing they did this year cited on it
• ·The note Santa leaves by the plate on Christmas Eve, sized for a small card, with a time of visit nobody else’s note will share
• ·The sleigh delivery docket: the official record of the visit, stamped, with the cookies accounted for

How it is written

You tell us two things, written to your child the way you would say them: the one thing only your family would know, and something they did this year worth putting in writing. Santa quotes you. Nothing is invented and nothing is paraphrased, which is why the letter is right every time and why it is ready in about a minute rather than a day.

The letter changes with your child’s age. A four-year-old gets short sentences and one idea at a time; a nine-year-old gets the dry, fond Santa who notices things.

What Santa will not put in writing

No promise about a particular present. No mention of watching or checking. No “be good or else”. The letter is there to be kept, and a letter that has to be defended in January is not one worth keeping.

What arrives, and when

A private page opens the moment payment clears, with the file shown on it and a download button. The same link comes by email. Print what you need tonight — the heaviest cream paper you have is best — and keep the file.
